 I hereby acknowledge that I voluntarily have applied to participate and attend, Country on the Coast event (hereinafter THE EVENT). I understand that the act of being physically present inside THE EVENT involves risks of injury to me, other people, which risks are entirely my responsibility. I expressly assume all these risks. I agree to FOREVER RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE EVENT, THE EVENT ORGANIZERS and THE EVENT CHARITY including but not limited to Five Marketing and Management LLC/Night Access/Urban Angels/City of San Diego/County of San Diego AND THEIR RESPECTIVE MEMBERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, VOLUNTEERS AND EMPLOYEES from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated, resulting from or arising out of my use or attendance to THE EVENT, whether such claims are for loss, injury or death that may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of other person, owners, guardians while in or upon the grounds or near any entrance thereto. I agree that my release, indemnification and holding harmless as provided herein also applies to any and all loss and expense (including legal and expert witness fees) by reason of the liability imposed by law upon any of the aforementioned parties. I understand and expressly assume all additional risks. I further understand that THE EVENT assumes NO liability for loss, damage, or any kind of injury sustained by any human while attending THE EVENT. I therefore expressly assume all risks associated with attending THE EVENT, as well as, fixtures and equipment located therein, in an unsupervised manner. I agree to carefully inspect and satisfy myself that the facilities provided are safe for their intended use. Once having conducted the inspection, I agree to expressly assume all risks for myself, anyone accompanying me, at these premises.

By entering the event, I state that I: 1.) agree to the terms and conditions described herein and intend to be legally bound by them; 2.) I have read and fully understand THE EVENT rules (and will explain the same to attending guests that I purchase tickets for); and 3.) Promise to comply fully with all the conditions of THE EVENT. This Release is intended to be as broad as permitted by California law. If any provision of this Release is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

BY Clicking OK, I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, AND DEMANDS OF WHATEVER KIND OR NATURE AGAINST THE EVENT, THE EVENT ORGANIZERS and THE EVENT CHARITY AND THEIR CURRENT AND FORMER AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, SPONSORS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, VENDORS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASEES”), EITHER IN LAW OR IN EQUITY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES OR LOSSES CAUSED BY THE ACTS, OMISSIONS, NEGLIGENCE, FAULT OR CONDUCT OF ANY KIND ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES AND OTHERS WHO ATTEND THE EVENT, AND/OR THEIR FAMILIES, COLLEAGUES OR OTHERS WITH WHOM THEY MAY HAVE OR HAVE HAD CONTACT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DEATH, BODILY/PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, ECONOMIC LOSS OR OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, OR OTHER LOSS SUFFERED AS A RESULT OF MY ATTENDANCE AT THE EVENT, WHICH I, MY HEIRS, ASSIGNEES, NEXT OF KIN AND/OR LEGALLY APPOINTED OR DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVES, MAY HAVE OR WHICH MAY HEREINAFTER ACCRUE ON MY BEHALF, WHICH ARISE OR MAY HEREAFTER ARISE FROM MY ATTENDENCE AT THE EVENT.
